The location was acceptable, near Istiklal Street.
The twin room I was given had no windows, and that really bothered me. the hotel seemed old. It wasn't clean. I was not happy with the bathroom at all.

I stayed at this hotel for six nights and I appreciated its location. It is close to public transportation and shopping areas. The reception staff was always available and offered great assistance. They provided restaurant suggestions and useful tips. The airport taxi arranged through the hotel operated perfectly. I thank Furkan for his kindness.

the location was convenient to many sites.
i was frustrated with the room itself , it felt dated and not well-kept. there was a noticeable cigarette smell , and the lack of windows. the confusing light switches were annoying , i had trouble getting the bathroom light to work at night.

the staff were friendly and helpful they upgraded our rooms it was a nice surprise the hotel location is great they gave us complimentary bottles of water. i found a large comfortable room with a good selection of drinks and snacks in the mini-bar
i did not appreciate the fact that the hotel is using photos from a restaurant next door it gives the impression that they have this facility on site. i don't know why this hotel is considered a 4 star hotel the towels are old

misleading photoscracked shower panel
the photos online made me believe this hotel had its own restaurant. it turns out it uses photos of a restaurant next door, giving a false impression, which i found very misleading. also, i was expecting breakfast to be served at the hotel, but it doesn't offer any. the shower panel had cracks, the towels were old. this hotel is not a 4 star hotel, more like a worn 3 star.
